Many hours spent at the grinder grinding this beast. The 8mm Sleipner steel and the hollow grinds on both the front and rear sections, along with the fuller added to the front hollow grind using a 6-inch wheel, ensure that despite its thickness, the blade won’t bind and cuts very well even in the kitchen.
Acid stonewash on the flats and beautiful hollow grinds with machine belt satin.
